MM Health is not responsible for delays caused by third-party delivery services or by incorrect shipping details entered by the customer.

3. Returns & Refunds

We want our return policy to be fair for both our customers and our business.

Return Eligibility

  • Products may be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • Returned items must be unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging
  • Products must be in resalable condition

Items That Cannot Be Returned

  • Opened products
  • Used products
  • Products with broken, damaged, or removed seals

Due to hygiene, safety, and product integrity reasons, opened or used supplements, vitamins, and similar consumable products are not eligible for return or refund.

Refund Conditions

  • Refunds are issued only after the returned goods have been received and inspected
  • Approved refunds will be sent to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was delivered damaged or in error
4. Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Orders
